Morpho’s Products Embedded on HTC Smartphone Achieve World’s Top-level Performance
for Dual-camera Smartphones
- Receives High Scores from DxOMark Mobile for the Third Consecutive Year -

Tokyo, Japan – September 14, 2018 – Morpho, Inc. (hereinafter, “Morpho”), a global leader in image processing solutions, announced today that U12+, the latest smartphone released by HTC Corporation, Taiwan (hereinafter, “HTC”), equipped with high performance quality improvement technology for still images and videos from Morpho, scored highest among dual-camera smartphones in a performance evaluation by DxOMark Mobile published on May 23, 2018. The U12+ scored 103 marks, greatly exceeding Morpho’s previous score of 90 for HTC’s U11 (also equipped with Morpho products), which was the top ranking global smartphone in May 2017.

The camera performance of HTC smartphones equipped with Morpho products has been highly ranked for three consecutive years, following the M10 two years ago and the U11 last year.

Morpho not only provided the high performance image processing technology used in the U12+, but also provided full technical support including on-site support. This year’s remarkable performance is a result of continuing trust and relationship between Morpho and HTC.
