Based on this philosophy, Morpho was established by technical experts who were also graduates from the University of Tokyo. Since its establishment, Morpho has specialized in image processing and have continued developing innovative products as an R&D-oriented company. 年俸制、年俸の12分の1を毎月支給
*キャリア、能力、前職の報酬などを考慮のうえ当社規程により決定。

*会社業績によって、上記年俸とは別に決算賞与が支給される場合があります。

■その他・補足事項等 / Others 

「休暇 / Holidays」
*積立有給休暇
 社員の傷病や家族の介護など万が一の場合に備え、有効期間を過ぎた年次有給休暇を「積立年休」として積み立てることができます(最大25日)。

* Cumulative paid vacation
 Even if the term of validity of the annual paid vacation has expired, it may be accumulated as cumulative annual paid vacation in the event
 an employee becomes ill or injured or has to take care of a family member. (maximum length: 25 days)


*バースデー休暇
 毎年誕生月に、好きな日に休暇を取る事ができます(1日)。

* Birthday vacation
 An employee may take paid leave on one day during his/her birth month every year.


*特別休暇
 インフルエンザなどの伝染病・感染症に罹ってしまった時に、上限5日まで年次有給休暇とは別に休暇が取得できます。

* Special holidays
 If an employee contracts a contagious or infectious disease such as influenza, he/she may take leave for up to five days,
 which are not counted as the annual paid vacation.


*育児短時間勤務制度
 モルフォでは法定の枠を超えて「小学校就学の始期に達するまで」利用ができます(複数名実績あり)。

* Short work hours for childcare
 At Morpho, this system is extended beyond the current legal framework and may be used until the employee’s child starts elementary school.
 Some employees have already used this system.


「福利厚生 / Benefits」
*保養施設
 関東ITソフトウェア健康保険組合(ITS)の保養所・スポーツ施設・レストラン等を格安で利用できるほか、
 JTB契約の旅館・ホテルからさまざまな公共の施設・ITS旅行センターの契約保養施設利用に1泊につき5,000円、
 契約のオートキャンプ場利用1泊につき1,000円の利用補助が受けられます。
 また、ITS旅行パックでは交通機関とホテルの宿泊セットもあり、半額補助(上限10,000円)により低料金でご利用になれます。

* Recreation facilities
 Recreation centers, sports facilities, restaurants and other facilities affiliated with the Kanto IT Software Health Insurance Association (ITS)
 may be available to our employees at very low prices. In addition, our employees may stay at inns and hotels under contract to JTB,
 and many different public facilities and recreation facilities under contract to ITS Travel Center for 5,000 yen per night.
 Our employees are eligible for a 1,000-yen discount per night when staying at any of the auto camping sites under contract to us.
 ITS also offers a package of transportation and accommodation at low prices with a 50% discount (up to 10,000 yen).


*長期所得補償保険
 病気やけがで仕事ができなくなった場合、給与の3分の1を満60歳まで補償する保険です。病気やケガで欠勤・休職した場合、
 健康保険組合から傷病手当金として給与の3分の2が18カ月間支給された後は、収入が途絶えてしまいます。その期間以降もサポートできるようにしています。

* Long term disability coverage
 If an employee becomes unable to work due to illness or injury, he/she is guaranteed to receive one third of his/her salary
 until he/she reaches the age of 60. If an employee takes leave due to illness or injury, he/she may receive two-thirds of his/her salary
 from the health insurance association for 18 months as an allowance for the sick and wounded, which will not be paid thereafter.
 Long Term Disability Coverage is designed to support ill or injured employees after they cease to be eligible for the abovementioned allowance.


*携帯電話購入費補助
 プライベートで携帯電話を購入した際、上限2万円まで会社が支給します。最新のスマホの性能を肌身で感じていてもらいたいという思いがあります。

* Mobile phone purchase cost subsidy
 If an employee purchases a mobile phone for personal use, the company will subsidize the purchase by up to 20,000 yen.
 This is because we want our employees to experience the performance of the latest smartphones.


*リサーチャー手当
 リサーチャー職に従事する方は、月額給とは別途支給します(最高92,500円/月)。

* Researcher allowance
 Employees in a researcher’s role may receive an allowance separately from their monthly salary (up to 92,500 yen/month).
